What We Look For

Retodo Ops works with native-speaking translators who combine linguistic excellence with genuine subject-matter expertise. We are actively recruiting for all Nordic language pairs across legal, medical, technical, and software domains.

Languages

Norwegian (Bokmål & Nynorsk), Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic — both into and from English and other European languages

🎓

Qualifications

Translation degree or equivalent subject-matter expertise. Native speaker of the target language. Professional experience preferred.

CAT Tools

Proficiency with at least one industry-standard CAT tool: SDL Trados Studio, memoQ, Phrase, or Crowdin

Successful applicants receive a short paid test translation (approx. 45 min). Results reviewed within 48 hours. Accepted translators join our active pool immediately.
