1. Who is responsible for your information
Retodo EOOD, operating as Retodo Ops, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Retodo EOOD is established in Bulgaria. For general enquiries, contact ops@retodo-ops.com. For privacy or information-security matters, contact security@retodo-ops.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- your name, work email address, company and the information you enter in a project enquiry;
- the language, subject-matter, deadline and workflow information you provide so that we can assess an enquiry;
- information you provide when creating or completing a Resource Portal profile, where this is necessary for registration, review and resource administration; and
- limited technical information processed by our hosting and email providers, plus the cookie-notice preference stored locally in your browser.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess whether we can support a requested project, manage prospective business or resource relationships, protect our website and communication channels, and meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply.
Where you ask us to consider a project or a resource relationship, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We may also process limited information for our legitimate interests in operating a secure, professional language-services business and preventing misuse of our contact routes.
4. Who can receive the information
Access is limited to Retodo personnel and approved contributors who need the information for the stated purpose. We use service providers to host the website and TMS functions and to operate business email, including GitHub Pages, Netlify and Google Workspace. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use the protections available under applicable data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We normally review a project enquiry that does not lead to an active business relationship for deletion or anonymisation within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Resource Portal profile, compliance, contractual and assignment information is retained for the period required to administer that relationship, preserve the required history and meet legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing, object to certain processing, or request portability where applicable. To exercise a right, email security@retodo-ops.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria or another competent data-protection authority.
8. Cookies and similar storage
This website stores only your cookie-notice preference in local browser storage. It does not use that preference for advertising or analytics. Our hosting providers may process standard technical logs to operate and secure the site.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or processing activities change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
